To bad they make you have that tail light like that in Canada, they have to have it in Europe too. We are lucky down here in the USA.

Will they give you a hard time if you take the reflectors off the fork legs? They do not say anything down here when we remove them, it cleans up the look a lot and is a free mod.

I’m going to take off and beg for forgiveness if it becomes an issue. Easy to put back on.
Any suggestions on how to remove them and the glue.

I used a plastic trim removal tool. Most the sticky 3-M tape came up with the reflector. Then a little bit of WD-40 helped me get what little was left on the fork off.

Many people use fishing line.

Let the bike sit in the sun a while, makes it easier to pull off.

Use a hair dryer, heat them up and pull them and the glue right off.

I used the fishing line method. A slight sawing back and forth got it off easy and then wd40 or goof off to get off the residue.

When I did it I used a hair dryer. Instead of heating the reflector directly I should have heated the fork leg (and gas tank, as I removed the stock badge). In my case the adhesive got soft enough to let the plastic go, but 80% of the adhesive stuck to the metal. Then I was forced to work slowly and methodically to get that thick PS tape/adhesive residue off the bike. What actually worked better for me was the fishing line and no heat at all. Less residue left behind and easier cleanup.

Now back to admiring your CVO models....
