I'm assuming that "out the door" includes tax, license and dealer fees. Tax and license for you is about $1100 so you're paying $17,400 for the bike. That is right on KBB retail for that bike in excellent condition so, while it might not be a great deal, I would consider it a reasonable deal.

Nice looking bike but I thought that bike came with a chopped tour pak. I wonder what happened to it That might be a way to get it a bit cheaper. Heres the link I was looking at.
