well last night I poured a can of seafoam down each muffler today I went back to trying to get the baffles out thinking the seafoam would take away any carbon deposit that was built up around the baffles I spent another hour pulling twisting and pounding the baffles remain in the mufflers.I have met my match I"m done trying to get these out.any body out there have a empty set of rush cans that will fit a 2008 dyna superglide 14201 would be the body# the last 3# are the baffle size

jojo2dog, thanks for emailing me the pics. This is a manufacturing defect and we stand behind our products. I sent an email to start the warranty process. Thanks for working with us to resolve the issue.
