Any reconmended places to stay for a couple of nights in both savannah, ga and charleston, SC????

 

I always stay at the La Quinta riverview just across the Ashley river from Charleston. Not the fanciest place down there but it's clean ,has a comp breakfast and IMHO it's a safer area to park your bike. We usually catch a cab across and see the sites. No parking hassles that way.
