Thanks guys for the suggestions. Yeah I'm now concerned the Natchez Parkway will get monotonous. I recall getting bored when I was on a section of it some years ago so cutting across Arkansas through Hot Springs and Talimena Drive, 271, and 19 sounds like a better route into Texas.
