Just thought I would start a thread to see how many were interested in this event this year. I have been wanting to attend it but was never able to coordinate it but this year the wife and I are finally going. Can't wait ..!

 

Trying to make it again this year. Likely won't know til the week of. Good rally, although rooms on the island are ridiculous. Thankfully I have family to stay with close by or I wouldn't bother going.

 

I live 1/2 way between Houston and Galveston, so it is easy access. I'll ride down on Thursday night, Friday night, and then hang out for a while on Saturday. Usually off the Island before too late in the evening.

Unfortunately, not much in the way of "main attractions" for the music stages this year.

 

I might go -- friend has a house rented for the event, he's trying to recruit some of us to split the cost.

 

We're thinking about it...not sure yet.

I'll be in Fort Worth watching cars drive in a circle at 200mph.

 

Planning on coming down and hooking up with some friends from Texas but nuthin' in stone yet

Keep an eye on your bikes, even during daylight hours! Last year there was a girl and guy trying to steal accessories off bikes. The girl would stand around the bike like she was admiring it and then drop down next to a bike, and the guy would be across the road as a lookout...
