Default New Hampshire complete

6 months ago I asked for suggestions as a group of 4 of us were headed to Lincoln, NH for a week of exploring. A big thanks for those that contributed. We got back last night, 8 days, 2300 miles, two near rear end collisions and one broken highway pegs were the only tragedies. Out of 8 days had two of rain so not bad. Makes you appreciate the sunshine more.
If I had to pick one highlight out of many was the trip up to Mt. Washington. Its the first undersold anything meaning it was not advertised as being particularly challenging on a bike. It was. Quite an incline and angled left/right, portions of gravel that offered a traction challenge when overly careful cagers stopped wiggling around opposimg traffic. I would highly suggest Mt. Washington. Simply stated I would have a few miles under your belt before attempting. I don't know what I would have done if my inexperienced wife had been along with only a couple of years riding. Anyway, great trip. I'll include a few pics.

Hubby and I did trip to white mountains camping off the kaunamangus (sp) highway 7/28-8/5. It is one of our favorite places in the us including to ride. Worth the ride up from MD. Lincoln is. Great town so is North Conway. Love Woodstock inn and the moat.
