Nice pics!
I rode to Fairbanks in 2000 with two other guys.
After riding through 5 days of rain the folks at the H-D shop said it was the dirtiest bike they had ever serviced!!
My bike had took a beating and I don't think I ever got all of the silt out of the cracks and crevices.
For anyone planning a similar trip, I'd recommend checking into some protective film for the upper and lower fairings to protect their paint and stopping at any available spray car wash to help keep the crud off their bike.
