I am planning on going to Sturgis this year for the first time. Do you have any recommonditions on where to stay? I want to see the country as well as the Rally.

 

Interested in camping or hotel? Hotels are already going to be harder to find and expensive.

 

Motel or Hotel. My buddy is trying to find and buy a 26 ft. Livin Lite toy hauler but not having much luck. He called the factory but they never returned his call.

 

My brother checked out some hotels and they're running around $300 per night.

Newark Ohio. It is about 30 miles east of Columbus. Have you found a place to stay?

 

On the sturgis site there is a rally handbook - which I really recommend for first time. It has hotels, campsites, rides with maps and info, bars and hangouts etc.......

 

I'm from southern oh i'm riding out 8/7 getting there the last 2 days of it can't leave earlier because of work then leaving on the 12th or 13th staying in custer got the 2room for $110 a night cause my nephew is supposed to ride out too

 

Going from Indiana leaving on or about July 31st. I am riding wife and friend trailering.

 

If camping can recommend shade valley - it's very nice - I thought great location - seemed like we were always reverse traffic when we needed to get somewhere.
