Alaska Trip 2012
I put together this video of my trip in July and August of this past year I rode from Connecticut to Alaska thru the Canadian Provinces. For the six days I spent in Alaska, 1 !/2 in Fairbanks for brakes and an oil chamnge an the other 3.5 in rain. Though Alaska was a little bit of a bust ,British Columbia and Alberta were awesome. Caution video and pic heavy

I spent 9 weeks driving through Alaska, and like it so much I left the bike up there for the winter so I could extend the trip. I agree that Canada is great as I came down through the Cashier Highway through Skagway and Hieder. In Alaska I drove from Homer to Fairbanks, and followed the pipeline from Valdez to the Arctic Circle. Good times. Last year I shipped my bike to Europe and have plans to ride over seas for a few years. This is my FB page of my wrld2r. facebook.com/Wrld2r

If you want inspiration read, "Ghost Rider" by Neil Peart. Neil is the drummer for the Canadian rock band RUSH. Following a double trajedy, Neil saddled up and spent the next year biking as far north as the arctic circle and as far south as Baja. Incredible saga. A challenge doesn't describe it!

I just ran across this great video. My Bike List includes the Trans Canada Highway. Got the inspiration from the movie "One Week" with Joshua Jackson.
