Well, missed the colors by about a week, but riding on the parkway was better than being at home, that's for sure. Stayed at Little Switzerland Inn which sits right at the top of 226A, otherwise known at Diamondback.

First day one in our group doesn't make it three turns and promptly goes off Diamondback. He's ok, bike was pulled up with a truck and he continued to ride the rest of the weekend. His excuse "I was driving to fast for conditions." Just glad he's ok. Anyhoo, enjoy the pics. Wade

Group met at the Flying Jat I75 and SR52. Lunch in Savannah right next to Savannah Harley......

 

We made it! Unloaded as soon as we got there and immediately started drinkin',,,,I mean relaxin.

First day, Diamond Back, Mt. Mitchell, Crabtree Falls and downtown Asheville. THAT was a looooong day!

 

I could ride this every day! Loved it.

 

I took over 600 pics, plus the pics that everyone else took makes for a ton of pics. I'll do like I did last year, make a slideshow/movie and give em out as Xmas presents.
