Here's a couple of pics from our trip to Cumberland Falls in Corbin, Kentucky. We went from there to Newport, Kentucky which is right across the river from Cinci, Ohio. Hope you like em. It's beautiful country to ride in. Cinci was a cool city as well.
Nice pics, I hope to get up that way near the middle of summer by way of North Georgia
You'll love it! Cumberland Falls park is great. Newport KY has a lot of history and some good bars. Divorce sucks!! Been there ...Done that. I wish I was the guy who bought your Pan!
I hear ya...That's just what it's billed as...I guess cause it's further south than the Niagara Falls in N.Y. It should have read..."The Niagara Falls That's Further South". Point taken. Still have the Pan?
Thanks for the pictures and info. We are always looking for a 2-3 day road trip.
Your quite welcome! You will enjoy the ride out that way. Cinci at night can be a little rough , but most of the people we met were great and friendly. There is a little bar on the Newport Ky side that was on America's haunted places or something like that. Can't remember the name...But it is also where the "TommyGun" (.45 Thompson Machine Gun) was invented. They have great music, but don't drink the Tommy Gun...Whiskey chased by a shot of pickle juice...I tried to warn my wife but she wouldn't listen. I drank the Whiskey and dumped the pickle juice. Also, some cool waterfront partying.
