The base requires a helmet,LS shirt, boots over your ankles,long pants and eye protection.The museum is free,the lighthouse is open to the top.Ft Pickens is open all the way to the end.Beer is cold and people are friendly.The Blue's when in town practice on Tues/Wed.,free seating behind the museum.I know ,I live here.....................Robin

Also try Tipseas in Orange Beach. Local hangout.....food/music.

Doc's Seafood Restaurant in Orange Beach is also a great place to eat.

Good place to eat is The Original Oyster House, Gulf Shores Steamer (they have moved down towards Flora-Bama).

 

Lulu's is a great place for good food and music, she is Jimmy Buffett's sister.
