Yes, that is a great ride. I am heading up there tomorrow. Be riding Rt 39 all the way from Lexington, VA through Richwood, WV. The Virginia side is a great ride too! What were the road conditions like in West Virginia? It seems that many of the roads in WV are really in bad shape. Noticed some spotty patches in your video.

 

No....Not that bad at all....looks worse than it is. We had great weather all 4 days also.

The biggest thing about the WV mountain roads are loose gravel in the tight turns that get picked up by cars and trucks and tossed on the pavement. Usually going slow enough to avoid it.
