Just returned from a 12 day, almost 6000 mile trip. 4 guys, left from northern Ind on 9/02/10. Rode up north through Wisc, Minn, N.D. Mont,thru washington into ore, down pch 101 to san francisco then back home thru hwy 50 thru nev, colo, kansas, mo, il, then back to indiana 5962 miles door to door. Great trip saw a lot of beautiful country even though we had rain 6 of the first 7 day and cold weather still a great ride. glacier nat'l was awesome even in the rain and sleet lol. mt st helen awesome again even in the rain cold and fog. Redwoods were awesome great day plenty of sunshine awesome ride. Saw so many neat things meet a lot of great people awesome experience with great friends. Had some great advice from people on the fourm. All and all great time.

 

I also wanted to give the harley dealers in Yakima, wa and Redwood Harley in ca a big thanks one of our buddys bike had two different issues on the trip and both dealers got him right in and fixed and back on the road.

 

Great... in early aug.. i left new orleans enroute to sturgis, MS,TN,AR,MO,IA, SD,CO,WY,NM,CO,OK,TX BACK into louisiana.. my trip was 12 days and a little over 5000 miles.. only had rair on my first day for the first 200 miles.. then it was all sunshine... i camped the whole trip except for 2 days..... the hardest ride was from ranton, nm to new orleans... 24 hrs... i didn't get sleepy and wasn't tired... i guess good music and great weather just don't wear a person down... all in all, this is a beautiful country with great people!... next trip i'm going east up to canada...
