Utah Weather late September

I've been there the same time of year and although it can get cold, I didn't see any snow.
Your best bet would probably be to keep an eye on Weather Underground. You can get an idea of the historical weather for that area too.

Late sept. in Utah can be the best of riding or it can be bad. Snowstorms have been knowed to hit the higher elevations at that time of year, but the snow usualy melts off the roads pretty quick. Allow yourself plenty of time to wait out the storms or dodge them. Also bring cold weather gear & rain gear for riding over the mountain passes.
