Do you guys do any excercises prior to long trips?

I've been working out 1+ hour per day in preparation of my ride from Vermont to Sturgis and back via a northern route north of the lakes and thru Ontario. My current workout includes riding my pedal bike on a trainer indoors and outside when the weather permits, rowing on a Concept2 machine, reps with dumbbells and leg lifts with ankle weights and an early morning walk.
