Default Kudo's to Thoroughbred Harley Davidson

I was traveling this weekend and was 200 miles from home when my stator went out on my 05 Halrey Ultra. It was 5:30 pm and the dealer closed at 6:00pm. They got me in and had my bike fixed the next morning and i was on my way. That was the first time in 89,000 miles on that I had ever been stranded on this bike. The dealer was extremely nice and put me ahead of everyone else in order to get me back on the road. I have the extended warranty on my bike and all I had to pay was my 50.00 deductible. My extended warranty has already paid for itself when u add up all the things That I have had done under the warranty. Thoroughbred Harley is located in Florence Kentucky and they took care of me and I thought it was worth mentioning. When I left there I went to Milwaukee and visited the HD Musuem and the HAlrey Headquarters. Thanks guys!

It's great to hear about a dealership that was helpful for you. There are too many out there that don't try to go the extra mile when they don't have to. Thanks for sharing

It's good to hear that there are some good dealers out there. Glad they got you the help you needed.

My local dealer, Yellowstone HD in Belgrade, MT, is like that. Frankly, I can't understand why so many have a hard time with their dealer.

Glad to hear my local dealer helped out. had a similar experience with the Bowling Green HD. Its nice to have dealers that are willing to go the extra mile.
