Planning to take on the HOG Route 66 ride in sept, but we live near Springfield, MO and don't really want to back track I-44, and I-55 if there isn't much to see on those legs. Thinking about taking the ***** trip and just jumping on in Springfield. Springfield to LA is really the portion of 66 that my wife and I want to explore.
