Default Arizona Rt. 191 and New Mexico Rt. 180

By the end of Feb. the Ultra will be in the 5th wheel toy hauler and we wil get out of the Black Hills snow. AZ 191 and NM 180 look like fun on the map. Are they good? Is the weather OK in mid or early March? No snow I hope. I heard of a dead end Mt. road south of Safford. Does it get snow and does any one know anything about it? Know of a RV park with full hook up pull thrus in this part of AZ or NM? We plan to start in Las Cruces and work out way west to Las Vegas, NV. Any other ride suggestion? Thanks Rick

We did Rt.191 twice, up once and down once up is a lot easier on your brakes. We had snow near the top in early April(AZ Bike Week), locals said to be careful of the gravel on the road until the rain washes it away. I was real close to going over the edge near Hennigans Bluff and ran into but missed 6 cattle and bulls. Its an AWSOME ride and we will be doing it again in early April.
