When you get to Monterey, take some time to make the cruise around Pacific Grove. It has some of the most spectacularly beautiful coastline waters I've ever seen. So many colors of blue and aqua that it can't be expressed in words. It is a must do.

With your jacket, nice ride and beautiful, heavy traffic and clutch and go South of Santa Monica, good going from Santa Monica North, Hwy 1 joins 101 a few times.Road trips with a Harley Davidson is just an adventorous ride.

Great pics R5. Like that and even more so if you go into Pacific Grove area. You can ride right next to the waters edge. You can't do 17 mile drive on a bike but the PG coast is just as nice or better.

When you are in the Redwoods get off the 101 and take the Avenue of the Giants it runs parallel with the 101 and you are in a cathedral of Redwoods
