I haven't made it yet, but from all the accounts I have heard, it is a great rally. Also, tere are some really good routes to ride from San Diego to New Mexico.

Regards,

Bill

I've made it a couple times to the Aspencash rally. I'm headed there in Sept. I usally hit the rally for one day and take off. The rally is fun but the best riding is north of Albuquerque and to the east and west of Santa Fe. If your interested I'll give you some info on roads to ride, places to stay and eat. Ruidoso is a typical bike rally town. A $50 motel room will cost you $120 to $150 a night with a 3 night min during the rally and the local cops and state police will be in money making mode so watch out. But there's lots of good people and a good time to be had.
