We have decided to take the 163 up to Mex Hat. And will continue on into CO before we hook back up with the 160 and Four Corners.

Here's our ride plan for now

Not gonna do the Moki Dugway. Not worried about the ride as we've done plenty of MX and off road in the past. Just doesn't sound or look too interesting to me.

At Mex Hat, we do plan to hit Goosenecks State Park.

Looks like a great trip. Been on most of those roads one time or the other. If you like some good road food, try Ted's Tacos while you are passing through Mancos, CO for either breakfast or lunch. Excellent fry bread & really nice friendly folks!! Also, on your way back, you are really gonna like Rt 95, 24 & 12 in Utah just make sure you fully gas up in Blanding, UT as there is NO GAS until you get to Hanksville at the "hole in the rock" gas station!!
