In any event, I hope you have as good of a time as we've had.
how long ya out there for? You must have gotten that rain that came through yesterday. I dont know what it was like there, where u are. but it was bad over here by the coast.

We're leaving Friday morning. Were supposed to stay until Saturday, but they're calling for rain Saturday so we want to beat it out of here. We did get some last night and early this morning, but nothing too terrible (as far as I can remember anyway. Bye the way, I was over-served last night), but overall in the entire week we had pretty much great weather. Very hot, but sunny, so I'll take it!

Tn all around Gatlinburg is great. But you might as well expect and be ready for rain about anytime. Storms blow in at the drop of a hat. You can be on one side of a mountain and its beautiful and hot, ride up and get on the otherside and the sky turns black and down she comes.....sometimes bucket fulls, and then I had it stop 10 minutes later and the sun rolls out and its back to hot again. But its worth it.....hope to get back down there next summer.

I stayed at the Two Wheel Inn in Robbinsville a few weeks ago. Each room had a garage for your motorcycle. The place is 5 years old, very clam and American owned. People there were very nice. It cost us $69/night. Well worth every dime.

We're leaving Indy at 5:30am. If you can be in Indy at 5:30am on Saturday, you could ride down with us. We plan to do some Interstate (I-65, I-75, I-40) and some secondary highways (421, 127, 150, and 25E). Will take 8 1/2 hours riding time (417 miles) plus time for breaks.

Hey guys....scattered storms are very common this part of the year. Like someone already stated they come in and blow right over so I wouldn't be worried at all about those 30% chance days. Most of the times they don't show but when they do it's quick.

Enjoy our rides and be safe.
