Default camp sites

It appears that you can go without reservations if you're camping, at least that's what several campgrounds said. I chose to reserve a big wall tent at Shade Valley campground so I could lighten my load, have electric and water, a shady spot and more room. It cost a bit more than a site for my own tent but not that much.

I did not want to stay at one of the larger/louder campgrounds and I also wanted power so I made a reservation ahead.

Dont think it to death. Get your bike ready and go. You'll love the ride. Plenty of people to meet on the way and in sturgis. Attendance average is half a mill.

About 10% is the number that I figure actually end up going on a big trip. Lots of talkers out there.

Appears that way! Was planning on going with 4 others. Everybody backed out, now that it's time to roll. Going alone and am taking the long way there, via Colorado Springs. It's all good. Leaving Saturday morning, rain or shine

You can pack it all on a Sporty. Here's a Honda Big Ruckus packed up for 3 days of camping at the Barber Vntage MC races.

...and this crazy bastard even packs a banjo on a 22 year old dyna.
