Great story about the guys from India. Kudos to your group for making the day for those guys from India. I'll guarantee you they will be talking about that day for many years to come. Things like that really do make you appreciate the great country we live in!

 

Great pics and story. I'm planning a road trip there next Sept/Oct. Flying in from Australia and doing a road trip around CA and over to the Grand Canyon and back. Its on my daughter's 'bucket list' and the last holiday with her before she finishes high school. Looking forward to it.

I've been on some of the same roads (as I'm sure many SoCal'rs have), and I enjoy them each and every time.

Did our first run through Sedona and Jerome last month. Also had awesome weather.

Good story ... and I just got back from the Grand Canyon (5/14) with very similar experiences. I think this time I ran into a lot more European tourist who were renting Harleys and riding around the southwest than ever in the past.

I'm gonna make a run up that way next weekend. I love riding Northern AZ...Sedona, Jerome... I probably won't go to the Canyon itself. Never go to the Grand Canyon on Memorial Day weekend. I will be stopping in Flagstaff and riding around the area. I'm just taking the new Street Glide out for its initial checkout flight.
