Default Leaving wed on a 2,000 mile Bike trip!
Packed up the bike yesterday in order to make sure the load was secure. Leaving Durham NC early wed am and get as far as Montgomery (about 500 miles) and meet up with some friends.Then camp out in Louisiana for a couple nites at a friends place and hit New Orleans for Sat. nite.
2,000 miles R/T ridin 2 up, longest road trip I've ever taken on 2 wheels!

Be careful in Nawlin's. It is the wild west down there. Have a great trip.

Have fun, wear some earplugs, it helps with fatigue.

jealous also i got to wait till july 6th to do a week long down to the smokies and dragon and blueridge parkway.
