Spring HD Trip through Italy?

Have you heard any ideas for Italy? I will be going there in August, and have reserved a Heritage Softail from the Harley shop in Florence. Cost is about 350 Euro's for a 3 day rental (includes all insurance and taxes).
I would love to know if there are any good "must see" roads in the Florence area.
