Great story and pics. Makes me ready for my trip to Daytona. I am tenting it without reservations or a schedule. The trip of my dreams.

 

This is awesome. Tonight we are getting together with the other couples we ride with to plan our sumer trips. My trip is into the Seneca Rocks area of WV. Your photo's have confirmed what I know will be an awesome trip. Thank you for this post.

Any one interested in riding WV, you can go to www.visitwv.com and request information on the motorcycle tours, they have a great booklet with several nice rides. I picked one up at New River Gorge Harley. Riding WV is some of the best around....

Nice documented trip. Not to steal your thread but I live in Dayton Ohio and I always ride through Cincy and go into Kentucky and ride route 8 next to the river.. I have some routes to give you but I'd need to go look at google maps (i'm being lazy). Check out Ky 19 out of Maysville... go south on that till it dead ends (it is an awesome road). Look at route 10 from out that way.. and take 10 back towards cincy.. Another awesome road. You could make a big circle and take 8 until it turns into rt 68 and take it across the river over to ohio rt 52 and take that back to cincy. These are some great roads real close to you.
