Default Hwy 64 waterfalls

I rode Hwy 64 today (Franklin, Cashiers, ect.). My camera battery didn't last long. Only got a few pics.

Nice pics. I have pics of my bike there as well. I haven't been by there yet this year. Is the big boulder still there? That would have been something to see as it fell!!

The bridal falls is one ofthe few locations that we missed on our Smoky Mountain trip last month - darn.

Well, it's an excuse to go back again.

Thanks for the post with picture. Wife and I expect to get to Gatlenburg on the 2nd of September. All she seems to find web siteswith pictures & videos of high speed runs threw Deals Gap.

If you go another 4-5 mi. west on hwy 64 you will find Dry Falls, A huge water fallwhere you can walk behind the falling water. Just in case your in the area again.

I have many fond memories of riding Hwy 64 and that whole area. I have a picture (not digital) of my XV920R (extra points to anybody who knows what that is) behind Bridal Veil Falls taken in 1983.
