Default Ride to Canada - BC

First time riding to Canada 🇨🇦. Total 232 miles. Rode through Osoyoos, BC. Stopped at spotted lake, which was cool. Then to Grand Forks and back into USA.

Perfect riding weather. It was sunny and close to 80°. Got lot cooler on the way back in the evening. Riding in setting sun with windshield covered with bugs is not a good idea. Lesson learned, from here on I’ll carry bugslide.

You live in a great area Northern WA east of the Cascades.
Had a friend who had a ranch up there. Trained Quarter Horses.

You didn't spend much time on the good roads we have to offer - BC is a motorcylists' wet dream for curves and views; your 60 mile jaunt was just a minimal tease

Nice trip. But 232 round trip, is like barely leaving home. Take a day off and head up there. Cassier highway is the most remote road I have ever been on.
