yes... a jacket liner... and I have heated gloves, which I don't use much, because I have heated grips... I was coming out of California once in October, and had the jacket plugged in and on, once I got to the high desert of California... and wore it all the way home back to South East British Columbia... the high desert can get chilly even in the middle of the day in the fall... and if you want to put on the miles it helps to repleteness the core temperature...

I have Gerbing jacket, pant liner, socks and gloves that I bought 10 years ago and it’s still in great shape. Little bulkier.

Then I started looking at trimming down the bulk and found about Warm n Safe heated base layers. Loved the idea of base layer staying close to the body and less bulkier than traditional heated jacket and pant liners.

With warm n safe heated base layer all I’ve to put on is a jacket and pant with quilted liner and I’m set. Both my jacket and pants are slim and it’s a perfect set up for winter riding.

Gerbing gloves and socks work with warm n safe base layers.

Long & cold days… all would be wearing the electrics…

…Cold and wet… Olympic peninsula…

…Cold … high in the mountains of British Columbia early in the year…

…Cold & wet… Out of British Columbia and into the Yukon…

…Cold… Somewhere in Idaho between California and British Columbia in October… The third day of electrics being on all day…

… Cold… Halfway through a 12 hour day in the mountains of BC early in the year … notice the layers…

Looks great. I don't know what it is but I enjoy riding more in fall and when it gets cold in winter time. It's that crisp cold wind, beautiful scenery surrounded by snow and insulated in hot bubble with heated gear just makes it perfect for me.

Have you considered buying heated seats or handles?

[QUOTE=pyuchem;21787150]我有 10 年前买的 Gerbing 夹克、裤子内衬、袜子和手套,现在它们仍然完好无损。只是稍微笨重了一点。

Gerbing

手套和袜子与 Warm n Safe 内衣搭配使用。[/QUOTE

Great pic!

I see that same dusting of snow on this side of the range. Mt St Helens and Mt Hood now have white crowns. Looking forward to some skiing soon.
