Covered Bridges

We live in Linn County, Oregon. They boast that we have the most covered bridges west of the Mississippi, so your thread caught my eye!
I have had my bike for about 3 weeks now and been at two of them so far.

That's cool, I'm on the other end of the lake (Erie ) , didn't realize you had that many covered bridges over there

There are 19 in all. They range from the shortest bridge in the US to the longest!

Grew up in Indiana. We took a school field trip to this festival back in 1975 or 76. Apparently it's still happening.

On October is a covered bridge festival where you go around to all of them.
And visit the 30 + wineries in the area too btw...

This weekend I was able to go out for a couple of hours and visit two more covered bridges. These were built within 3 years of each other.
