Default 4 Corners

How many of you have ridden the 4 corners? I’ve hit Madawaska and plan on picking up San Ysidro this summer. Here are some pics of 4 corner park in Madawaska.

There is a “Four Corners” monument in the west, where Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico come together. We went by last summer, but it was closed due to the Wuhan.

I've never done all four on a bike. I have visited each in a car at different times in my life. It's a ride a friend and I have talked about but not done. If I were to attempt it, I would get a new bike with all the bells and whistles. I might also take more than 21 days. In 2011 I did a cross country ride, 7,000 miles in 23 days. This would be more grueling and I don't think I would need any sort of certification that I did it. The joy would be in the ride.

Now to do this it would have to be in the summer so you can hit Madawaska when the weather is good. But this would make the southern points hot and the ride in between difficult. Now that I've thought about it again, I remembered why I didn't want to do it in one ride.

RW, GREAT post my friend. I get all kinds of excited when I see that park pop up.

Joe & Diane LaChance (good friends of mine) run the show. If you go up there again, let me know. I will put you in touch with them. They will beet you (SUPER SUPER NICE people) and give you a certificate signed by the governor that u were there. AND meeting them is the BEST!!!

I am (was) a member of SCMA (Southern California Motorcycle Assoc.) and the PREZ is THE GONZ. We hit it off so well, we are like brothers. He stays at my place when he visits Florida. You may want to join them (https://sc-ma.com/) and you can do their Four Corners Tour. If completed timely, you get some really NICE stuff! The 4 corners is Madawaska of cours, Blaine, WA., San Ysdisors <sp>, CA <-- which is SOUTH of San Diego. People my friend RW think San Diego os the SW corner. It is not. And then SE is Key West.

EXCELLENT PIXs my friend, EXCELLENT PIXs!!!
.

Look closely at the stone engraving which is laid by the LaChances in the 4 C Park. Note the capital letters. :-)

Interesting enough my friend, the SCMA has another ride called something like The Four Corners X. <-- The meeting in the middle, the X middle part is the MIDDLE of the USA.

Last I heard, SCMA is making arrangements to make a monument or something THERE to signify the middle of the USA and biker who ride the X.

Live 40 miles from San Ysidro. Never knew there is such a thing.
Thanks, I’ll check it out. Get a taco.
