This kept me occupied for a while today.
Almost all of the places Bear put in his pic are at
https://www.motorcycleroads.com/
With the exception of three of the locations (Salmon River, Big Lick and Idaho/Montana Triangle) you can download the .gpx file. So I downloaded, created, the places on his list. Some of them will come in handy in the future. There are lots of other great places to go on that site along with the Buzzcap project over the summer.

While you're down in our part of the country enjoying the Florida Keys highway, add the Tamiami Trail. It runs East to West across South Florida through the Everglades. See the "REAL Florida".

The guys that live in the western part of the United States have the advantage when it comes to scenery. As much as I love going through the Shenandoah Valley, traveling through West Virginia and Pennsylvania and the Kentucky horse farms
nothing compares to getting into Utah, Wyoming, and especially Idaho which has to be the most scenic state.
It's criminal to be a United States citizen and not get out once in your life and see what the country looks like. Sand Hills, Saguaro National Park, Gulf Coast, Ozarks, pick a place. Tons and tons of natural beauty in a country where you can travel almost anywhere unimpeded and in relative safety.

My back problems are catching up with me....I can no longer do the 3000 milers we used to do.....I'm good now for about a 1000 miles, then I need a couple days off to recoup......Gettin old blows....lol.....
We are looking at a toy hauler to use as basecamp and tour around that way......I am anxious to get around and see the rest of this great country before we become porch sitters......lol....
When i bought my first new Harley in 1981, it came with a year of HOG and a U.S. map that plotted a route around the country, hitting each state but never going into the same state twice....That route looked interesting.....Trying to remember how it went and plotting it out from a 40 year old memory is a PITA....ha....
