Get an early reservation, ask for a window seat....Bring your gold card.....lol......
Pricey but excellent dining/service without all the usual high-falutin snobbery that exists in some of the more upscale feeding establishments.....

Not this year with the border being closed and all… Not sure yet what 2022 holds for me... My youngest daughter is not well, and we expect her mother to die sometime in the next month… She has very advanced cancer… So once that happens I’ll be pulling up stakes and heading down to Vancouver to set up camp for a while… Not sure for how long, but it could be for years… It is what it is, Mark.

Very sorry to hear all that brother. Prayers for you and your family. That’s most important.

Let's go ride
The weather is looking great, the bike is ready, yard and house work are done. Why not ride, but where? I grabbed the Carolina Full Throttle cruise in calendar and found a charity ride that looked like fun and was for a lady battling cancer. Showed the wife and she immediately said YES and handed me a hundred bucks.
We rolled out of our undisclosed bunker just west of the twin cities that tobacco built heading east. Our destination was an hour and fifteen minutes away in Pleasent Garden, NC. We arrived safely, registered and donated $100.00 which I hope was a blessing to this lady. We heard many wonderful things about her and were glad to be on the giving end.
The bikes just kept rolling in. I was told they hit over 90 bikes by the time we rolled out. It was. Police escorted ride and all on back country roads We had not been on before.
Ran into Lincoln from Caroljna Full Throttle Magazine. It was great to see him and catch up. I used to sell ads for them and write articles and covered a few events. Kind of miss doing that.
We rolled back to the starting point at the end of the ride and kept going. Stopped in Greensboro for a nice late lunch. Went to Riding High HD and then back home.
What a wonderful day!
Enjoy a few pictures.
We are at the end of thw first row of bikes.
The Carolina girl with Lincoln from Full Throttle Magazine.
The starting point. No relationship to the magazine.
We had about. Dozen trikes. They pit them all in the back of the group.
