We get to Maggie Valley and it's time to relax and take a nap before dinner. The weather is beautiful.





We walked about a mile to J. Arthurs that last evening for a nice steak.

 

Day 4

Our final day. I was up at 6am and had the bike packed before 7am. Sitting out on the balcony enjoying coffee with Ralph shows up.

 

We rode down to Country Vittles and enjoyed another good breakfast.

The Bug Bash was in Maggie Valley last weekend. There were some pretty cool VW's and dune buggies. I thought this license plate was unique.

 

Back on the BRP heading North of Asheville toward Mt. Mitchell.

 

Great pics , seems like you guys had a great trip. What motel was that in Maggie Valley ?

 

Up on Mt Mitchell. We experienced a 19 degree temperature drop there down to 43 degrees from 62 in Asheville.

I hope you have enjoyed the ride along with us. I have two rides back from July that I still need to post. One was to Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama and the second park was into Mississippi and Louisiana. I'll try and get those loaded up soon.

Four Seasons Inn
