How are you planning to come into Seattle?

If you can I suggest the 101 loop through Forks and Port Angeles, and hit La Push as well (its a bit off the track but very beautiful, be a Last Stop for the Pacific Ocean). It's my favorite section of riding out here. Lake Crescent can be unnaturally blue and Port Gamble is a neat little Victorian town. Crossing on a Ferry over the Sound is memorable. Sometimes you get whales or other big sea life around you.

If you end up using a ferry to cross the Sound know that motorcycles get to cut the wait line (seriously). And you can use the HOV lane out here on a Motorcycle, just note that the 520 Bridge is a toll bridge and so are sections of the 405 (you'll know on the 405 pretty easy). Be prepared for chaos, but hopefully you'll experience none of that.

Watch for deer in Wyoming, especially around dawn or dusk, if you see one you'll see a second follow shortly after, flash your lights if they stand and stair at you. Watch for cows on the west side if you cross over the Big Horns. If you go through Yellowstone you'll probably do about 30mph tops. Well worth it though. Traffic jams for miles for a rabbit 30 feet from the road will occur.

Some of the best riding in the world, Enjoy.
