Our chapter is looking in to the ride this year. Sounds like it is going from Indy to Minneapolis this time. Not very far for 5 days, but gives a lot of time for side trips at stops.

 

We are & have rode the last 7 Runs (DH has been Road Captain or Asst RC for 5 of those). Rumor has it we will stage in Fort Dodge, KS like last year when the Run ended in Reno, NV. Will be around the week of August 20th. It will last 4-5 days ending in Minneapolis on August 23rd. In 2011 The Legacy Run left Indianapolis on a Sunday morning and ended in Minneapolis on Thursday about noon. Went thru Michigan, UP MI, Wisconsin to Minneapolis, usually stopping at an American Legion for lunch and sometimes dinner. It's a lot of fun and you make friends from all over the country. The info usually comes out in April, watch the National ALR website for detail when they are released. You can register online too.
