I am planning a ride through the greater part of MT and WY. We will be trailering our bikes from WI to Bozeman. I am looking for a place t park a couple of trucks and trailers (20') for a week in August. Any suggestions?
Several years ago, we did that. We called several area Large RV dealers, & parked in their storage facilities. Paid like $25.00 for the week. Vehicle & bike trailer. plus, it was in a secure fenced and well lighted area on the property!
Oh yea, & it would be worth it to put a "sun-shade" for the windshield of your truck. It can get really hot with direct sun, inside your interior out there! I even covered my side windows...JFI
Not sure about Bozeman most likely you can park on the road right by the dealership, give them a call they are out of town and have a road that runs in front that might work for you.
Try the good folks at the Belgrade (essentially Bozeman) H-D dealership like other folks have suggested. August can be crazy there due to I-90 being a major route to/from Sturgis and lots of riders doing stuff at that H-D, and the general summer touring. If you are not able to park within a locked area, I suggest you take along one hell of a chain and padlock the trailer directly to the vehicle's frame.
