It wasn't that bad. A little sweat never killed anyone.....did it?

 

That's when the riding really starts getting good for me!!

I'm sure there's some unfortunate soul that was somehow allergic to their own sweat or some crazy thing.
My oldest daughter is allergic to the cold,.. It's called Cold Urticaria... she breaks out in welts and it could even kill her in she isn't careful.
She lives in Houston now and I can't say I blame her.



Just looked up her allergy and found this...

Risk factors

• Cold weather/Snow: Exposure to cold or cool air for more than a few minutes can trigger a reaction.
• Sweat: A reaction may even occur on a warm day when there is sweat on the skin. If there is a breeze it will rapidly cool the skin and create hives.

It's either ride in the heat or ride in the cold, illinois seems to have very little comfortable riding.

 

Just got done cut'n the grass, so I think that's EXACTLY what I'm gonna do.


Straight from winter temps to summer in Hoosier country as well.
I could do without the winter influenced temps.

Here's a couple from tonight's therapy session. I went down through Starved Rock State Park. There was no wind, no humidity, no bugs, and the temperature was 86 degrees. It actually felt, dare I say it, cool.

 

Tuesday night date night.

 

Got in an epic ride yesterday, over the North Cascades highway. One thing about this part of the country - - there are a lot of awesome summer riding locations.

Lots of therapy today. Perfect weather. I wandered around iowa.
