Got out for another ride today. It felt a bit fall like, when we left.
We headed down to the Psycho Silo Saloon, which had a pretty good Labor Day crowd.
Some nice cages on site today.
This was sharp.
There was a pretty good band playing today. Lots of bikes took off when they took a 3:30pm break.....us included.
This place is a money maker, for sure.
The themeing is pretty cool.
Just before we headed for home.
Not a lot of miles, but a great day.
I may find time for a solo ride this week too.

This has been my lowest mile season since buying my first Harley, in 2015. I'm at 7900 miles, which is not even half of what I used to average. I still love to ride; I'm just bored with the scenery around me. There's only so many nice roads to ride. I also hate riding towards the burbs (Chicago area) so that limits me a bit. There are still a few nice days left in the riding season, so maybe I'll surpass the 8,000-mile mark.
Getting my Jeep back together this year was my priority and once it was back on the road, I seemed to gravitate towards it more than the Harley, so there's no doubt that played a part in my lower bike mileage.
I guess there's still a slim chance that I could hit the 10,000-mile mark, but I'm not betting on it....lol.

Yea I hear that! Mostly commuting, have posted plenty of pics around Saguaro & Canyon lake would like to get further north but never have the time. Weather is finally getting under 100 so my riding season is just starting. Would like to get a tire changer as all the tires will needs changed before too long. Too many toys!!

I can relate to that statement also.
Never take your local scenery for granted. You know we ride western NC and the BRP a lot. There has always been enough to keep the boredom at a minimum. Overnight these roads closed, roads are gone, towns wiped off the map and major loss of life. I’m heartbroken over the devastation and trying not to be selfish or focus on what I will miss over the people that have lost everything.
Ride as much as you can. It’s good for your mental health. Just pick a restaurant 50 miles away that you have never tried. Challenge yourself. For example around here we rode to find all the Daniel Boone markers. In Virginia they have all the “Love” signs.
Keep it fun.

Hey! I live on Long Island and have hit every road imaginable! And any time I want mountains or real country riding, I have to go thru NYC so I don't want to hear any whining! Get on ya damn bike kiddo!!
All in jest of course. . Life gets in the way sometimes. Including devastating storms. God Bless the people of North Carolina and surrounding states. I wish I could drop everything and help out there.
