Drove home yesterday back to Langley… I never got the project quite done… A couple of hours with a zoom meeting on Monday and I can press send…

Not a motorcycle friendly day in the mountains of Southern British Columbia…

Top of the Kootenay Pass, about 6AM… 2 hours East of Cranbrook…

… About an hour later on top of the “Bombie”…

… Climbing up out of Castlegar…

… And up and over “The Blueberry Paulson”…

… several hours later Up in Manning Park and ready to head down from the top of the last pass towards Hope.

As you’re climbing the mountains, just remember to look under the tractor/trailers and see if there’s any snow tucked up and hang it on… Lol

Great advice , I'll keep my eyes open . I'll even pack a shovel , heck my wife is coming as a passenger , she can man the shovel if we get stuck ..

It seems winter is holding on up north. Sure would have sucked to have been on a bike when that hit.

Monday… Going for a ride on the Queen’s birthday…

Heading east on the blue line… Looks like I’ll be up in Cranbrook for a month or two, so I’m taking the bike… I should be able to make that jump in 10 or 11 hours…

I just checked the weather… Looks like its sunny the whole way on Sunday… With the rain closing in that night… So I’m gonna head up on Sunday… I’ll be working the whole time I’m up there, but I’m also taking my camping gear up with me … maybe I can go camping a couple of weekends while I’m there.
