... I want to try something a bit different... a movie of pictures... this is an experiment... all the pictures are taken in my iPhone, and the movie is created in my iPhone using iMovies... it is then uploaded to the server from the iphone... and then it will be able to be posted from the iphone to HDF... although I did the last part from my Mac...

It is a compilation of my 2017 Alaska run... starting in Vancouver, ending in Alberta as I exit the Rocky Mountains... all the pictures where shot with my iPhone 7, which is why they are a bit weak... the 12 should do a much better job...

Good memories of some of the roads traveled. Good choice of music, I was worried you might start talking.

 

EVERYONE has that fear... I am going to set my iPhone up on my bike, and will do some videos of the road, then make a short clip of all of the days rides... I will keep it to 2 minutes a vid... the music is a nice addition, and will need to get sorted out... one problems will be uploading if there is not a good signal with the WiFi or the phone... It might not be something I can do each day when I am out, and will have to come in bits and bites... It will be fun.

 

Learning the tools… All these pictures were taken with my iPhone, some were iPhone 7 and somewhere iPhone 12… I spent some time in iMovie and learned how to use that tool better… Created the movie, and uploaded it to YouTube… It is a retrospective of the year of Covid, 2020… When I only got in about 10,000 miles… 2021 is going to be even worse for distance traveled… But hopefully the border opens up next year and I can head south again…

 

Drove into Vancouver today so my daughter and her best friend to go to the spa… Me and the dogs always head out to Stanley Park and spend the day by the ocean…

Here is a retrospect of 2019… The year before Covid, and the last time I rode a motorcycle in the United States of America… Learning the tool a bit better, it appears about 45/50pictures gets it done in just over two minutes… You can crop them down or enlarge the image to match the length of the soundtrack… Right now I’m quite content to doing two minute vids… I’m probably gonna try a three minute one And see what I think…

 

NICE. If I recall right, the view out ur daughters condo is also really nice. I got that right?
