when I was up on the Alcan three years ago, I stopped in at a place on Muncho Lake, there’s a lodge there… I said if I ever went back through I would stay there overnight… If I head up onto the AlCan, and if they have a room, I’ll stay there this time… I was talking with the chap the other day who basically did the same loop I was thinking about... and he said there’s no traffic up there, so we’ll see…

I am at my daughters place in Langley… And will be here until Sunday… Almost 70, Riding my Harley and still coach surfing, the Gods are good to me...Then I will takeoff for two weeks or so… as said before, the plan is to head up into North East British Columbia…
Tomorrow’s leg... Langley to 100 Mile... the bit through Vancouver should be fine on a Sunday… Then the Sea to Sky Highway, it will be a gong show… But north of Whistler it should thin out nicely... and onto the good part of 99 through Duffy Lake. Twisty, nice mountain pass and a nice lake… Once past that, into the Caribou.

Going to get up early, to beat the heat… Most of that’s in the Carabou, And I’m expecting it to be pretty warm… But then back into the Rocky Mountains, and that’s home to me
