Hey Rock , enjoy the trip , wish I was there to share it with you ! These looong flat roads have no challenge to me now , kinda boring Been trying to convince my wife to take a trip with me out to Banff next year , could head down to Cranbrook to finally meet you . Off tomorrow for a day long ride out to my favorite spot for some peace and quiet . I've been working all week resurrecting a very neglected 83 Honda for a friend of mine . Not quite done yet , but it's time for a break .

Safe travels !!

You've got Darla looking like a new bike again. Good luck on this upcoming journey and as always I'll be following along on my computer.

Nice little trip you have planned! I'm doing a relatively small one starting tomorrow..Just gonna hit the PCH up to about Fort Bragg and then hang a right. I should probably get to bed! I have to be up in 6 hours! Safe ride man

Jay cleaned the air filter for me and fixed one stripped bolt.... so new rubber and ready to Journey..... young lad cleaned her up nicely.

I run the Dunlop American Elites. I got 25K out of my last front tire! I get anywhere between 10-15K out of the rears!

I've run the stock Dunlops for the 100,000 plus miles, but decided to try something different before I headed out on my current trip. I went with the Michelin Commander 2"s. So far. So good.

Safe travels. Looking forward to your report / pics.

Just finished the ride last night at about 11pm...All in all it was an amazing trip. IMO nothing beats the California Coast. The weather, the turns, the view..breathtaking! Total trip was 1700 miles in 3 days.

Post up some pics when you get back Rocky!
