Ok... so I spent a bit of bandwidth trying to help HVAC with multi quoting.... but tomorrow morning I load up and head to California.... time to Sleep with the Giants.... weather looks good all the way to Crescent City.

I never got to Astoria which was my goal, the border delay and “walking speed Seattle” took the wind out of my sails... but I put the worse miles behind me.... tomorrow will just be a drift and pictures day.... Tillamook sounds good, apparently there is cheese there

 

True enough, Rocky.....indeed, worst miles are behind you and the best are ahead. I’m in Missoula for awhile helping my daughter with a couple projects so I’ll stay tuned to your progress. Maybe we can ride a couple miles together.

 

Looks like a mess at crossing. Where was this at? Going south?

 

It’s the truck crossing just East of the Blain Crossing.... I suggest the best one is on 539 which is straight North of Bellingham ... then you have a straight shot at the freeway which puts you East and up the Fraser Canyon on your way North.... but a much better Motorcycle Road is head West and North through Whistler and take the Duffy Lake Road.

 

Do you wear chaps a lot? I noticed in many of your pictures the lower straps they work well I assume?
