I used to live in Waynesboro and rode 33 many times. The whole area of the Valley is great riding.

When the back seat and I traveled that way, we started at the north terminus of the Skyline Rd. and traveled south as far as the exit for Luray. We got off and visited the caverns, however, when we turned south again, we did so on Rt. 340. It was a much more enjoyable. We were able to stop and talk with the locals, learns the history of the area and have some absolutely wonderful and different food. The parkway offered very nice riding and some great learning experiences.
