I just wanted to let every one know how great Robert and stacey are at ultra cool.I need some replacement hose for my ultra cool oil cooler they sent them out 3day and didnt charge me a dime.Then when i had it apart i noticed the cover was broke it could be from a rock or vibration who knows emailed them and asked how much a replacement would be and the response i got from stacey was she already dropped it in the mail and i should see it in a couple of days.I emailed her and told her that im more and willing to pay for it and they said no.Im very happy with it and will have one on every bike i ever own.The other thing was i email for a installation packet and saturday at 10:30pm i got a email from Robert with it....WOW GREAT GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention this thing blows some air with the fan on it and makes a difference in the oil temps.All my buddies bikes when we are in traffic with start to chatter from the oil getting hotter well not mine if it does its so minimal compared to theres that i cant tell.GREAT PRODUCT GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
