A few days ago I bought a set of Avon Grips from a memeber of this forum - I sent an email to the customer service dept of Avon asking if the installation tape was available for purchase. Within an hour I had the following response:

Hi,

Just send me your address and I can send you more tape.

I got the tape in the mail yesterday. This is great customer service in my opinion.
